How will Russia’s Attack on Ukraine affect the Housing Market in the United States

Russia’s attack on Ukraine is heart wrenching. I kind of thought that as the world community we’ve become, thanks to social media, that we were past this sort of thing happening. Unfortunately, there are still bullies brazen enough to drop bombs on innocent women & children. My prayers are with those who are suffering from Russia’s coldblooded assault. I’m disappointed that as a world we haven’t banded together to put this to an immediate end. But too many are afraid it would start World War III. I try not to get political on this channel because my goal is simple: Help people like you, my brothers & sisters all over the world through the process of buying, selling, building a home & investing in real estate. So, I’m just going to stick to real estate, more specifically the United States Housing market for this video.
Quick disclaimer: I am in no way trying to minimize the suffering of those embattled in this conflict. Nor am I trying to sensationalize it. I’m disgusted & sickened by the tragic & uncalled for attack by Russia on Ukraine. And, in no way am I grateful for these events. Like many of my other videos, this is meant to be a simple housing market update to explain the effects the war or conflict is having on your ability to purchase a home. Hopefully my happy, positive nature isn’t mistaken for insensitivity or disrespect. The world around is filled with sadness & tragedy, so it’s important that we love one another & strive to make the world a better place. We are so blessed to live in the United State of America.
So, due to this conflict, home buyers in the US are getting a reprieve as mortgage rates have dropped, but how long will it last? This is your United States Housing Market Update for March 2022.
