Are you a first time home buyer who is planning on buying a house in the current housing market? Should I buy a house in 2021? Are you concerned about a housing crash or worried about the current housing market forecast 2021? In this video, I’m going to not only give you my take on the current housing market 2021, what to expect when buying a home but also what you should do to help your real estate offer stand out amongst the competition and how to get your offer accepted in 2021.

Housing Market Forecast

As I mentioned in the video, I believe 2021 is going to be a tough year for buying real estate as I believe that supply will continue to remain low in the big scheme of things and buyer demand will continue to thrive. I don’t expect a housing crash or a foreclosure wave to change the supply enough to change from a sellers market to a buyers market.

With that said, it’s going to be tough for buyers in those markets with low supply that don’t have a lot of money to put down, like on an fha loan or va loan because in a lot of cases, you’re likely going to be up against buyers with larger down payments, etc…but remember that all real estate is local so this might not apply to everyone but the idea is to give you real expectations of what to expect.
