Housing Market Crash Update 2021 (Game Changer!)

Jobs! They’re important to a strong housing market, and if people don’t have them it could cause a crash. Meaning… if people don’t have jobs, they can’t pay rent. They can’t pay the mortgage.

Although the “rent tracker” stats are showing there’s not much difference from this time last year with regard to people paying their rent, that could change very soon… and the real estate market overall.

Per the flurry of executive actions taken by President Biden and the new administration, jobs are vanishing. Amid the COVID-19 pandemic even.
