Real estate investors are ALWAYS looking for a great deal. We are going to use that principle to feature a deal of the week and attract new investors.
Each week, I recommend showcasing a potential investment opportunity and use it to run two ads:
1. One ad designed to create curiosity to attract new investors. They will fill out a lead form.
2. A second ad designed to provide the details of the opportunity and we send this out to people that fill out the current form as well as those that filled it out previously.
Before you know it, you will grow a sizable list of real estate investors that you can use as a real estate agent, or use it to help finance real estate investment deals.
