I get tons of messages of homebuyers asking should they wait for a housing crash or should they buy now. Many are full of fear wondering will house prices continue to go up? Many are full of fear wondering if interest rates will go up? All these concerns are causing home buyers to panic purchase houses which is making the housing crisis get worse!

In this video I share with you 3 strategies on what you need to think of before purchasing a home in 2021. These 3 points that I make are the most important before making a decision if the time is right for you.

Many believe a housing collapse is near. Many already know we are in a housing crisis. Many are predicting a housing crash in the near future. To all those who are assuming the following, my answer is we DON’T know.

So long the president keeps signing off on stimulus packages and stimulus checks, expect the markets to keep floating. I personally believe the market is extremely artificial and will have to cool down but the timing is unknown. Every other day we are getting moratoriums extended, forbearances extended and helicopters dropping trillions of dollars from the stimulus packages. Things are at all time highs and house prices keep breaking records.
