It is a great real estate investing for beginners strategy. In this video, I tell the story of a Realtor I know who moved to San Jose from Sacramento. I taught him a real estate investing strategy that would allow him to spend more time connecting real estate investors with real estate sellers, without having to get and listings. He began making $30K per deal using this strategy, but then tweeked it to make up to $100K on every deal, without having to use any capital or take on any market risk. It is brilliant.
