I explain what these indicators are telling us right now and update you on what’s happening in the housing market as of late August 2020, including recent updates from the National Association of Realtors (NAR).

Housing indicators include—EXISTING HOME SALES, new listings, pending sales, months supply of inventory, new home building permits, interest rates, purchase mortgage applications, mortgage rate locks, unemployment, mortgage defaults, foreclosure sales, google search trends, real estate portal traffic, home showing traffic and demographics. I discuss what these housing market indicators are telling us for the national, and RENO, NEVADA real estate markets, with a dash of LAS VEGAS thrown in.
