WHERE are House Prices Dropping? [MORE NEW DATA] Counties Most & Least at Risk in 2021 USA

Today I take a look at the US counties most and least at risk for house prices dropping in 2021 due to the aftermath of Covid-19.

We’ll examine the factors contributing to the risk of possible home price declines, including the cost of mortgages, taxes, insurance, and are these over or under 30% of average incomes in each area?

We’ll also look at the number of underwater mortgages and homes already facing foreclosure as additional risk factors for future price declines in certain counties across the US.

In addition to identifying specific counties at risk, we’ll also identify those counties with the strongest numbers that are least at risk for any negative price action.
