When Will HOUSE PRICES Drop? [NEW DATA] Housing Crash up to 20% by Spring 2021

Today we take a look at the latest Corelogic prediction for house prices through May 2021, when HOME PRICES ARE EXPECTED TO DROP by 6.6% nationwide.

This is a sudden, bearish turn for the Corelogic Home Price Index (HPI) which for years has been bullish and generally accurate with its HOME PRICE PREDICTIONS.

Price drops will be uneven in HOUSING MARKETS across the US. For example, in San Diego home prices may only drop by 1.1%, while in other areas, like Las Vegas, home prices are predicted to drop 20.1%.

Areas dependent on tourism that suffer a second wave of Covid-19 will be HARDER HIT than areas with diverse economies less impacted by the virus.
