Today’s question comes from Norman. Here is his question in his own words:

I was left to look after a property of a deceased person. I paid the delinquent taxes for 5 yrs now and there’s no one next of kin claiming the property. It’s still in the deceased woman’s name. . What do I do now with the courts to claim procession of the house. Civil suit..? Foreclose? Etc. Any and all help would be appreciated. I’m in California. Thank you.
